Who You Are

As an Avantive Solutions Bilingual Recruiter you will be responsible to support our recruitment team in carrying out the responsibilities of the Human Resource Recruiting Department. This includes profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand to attract non-exempt and exempt candidates effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Review and pre-screen candidates to determine skills and experience needed for open positions.
  • Post jobs to appropriate job websites and other recruiting sources
  • Source and recruit candidates using social media
  • Schedule phone, video and in person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Consult with hiring managers on candidate qualifications
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
  • Administer the on-boarding process, including new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinates and participates in job fairs
  • Ensure candidate completes the application and administer a computer based skills test
  • Provide recruiting administrative support as needed by ensuring the candidate file and ATS are complete and current
  • Process background checks and drug screening
  • Complete E-Verify
  • Maintain accurate documentation for the Employee Referral Bonus Program
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Assist the Human Resources department with other assignments as needed
  • Promote company’s reputation as a 'Purpose Driven Culture'

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Assistant: 1 year (Required)
  • Call center recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Applicant Tracking System (ADP or Clear Company): 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
