As an Account Manager for Avantive, you will be a vital part of our team and the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Cultivate networks and relationships with internal and external business partners across functions and other organizational boundaries.
  • Contribution to the business goals and willingness to adopt changes to current processes, identify emerging needs, and define innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Identify evolving needs of customers and is sought out to provide customer-centric solutions that drive long-term sustainable results.
  • Build partnerships and sustainable relationships with customers leveraging business insights to drive solutions and strategies throughout the customer's organizations.
  • Develop and manage a range of accounts to drive execution and follow-through for all account tiers, including large, complex accounts.
  • Develop and implement an accurate key account plan.


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant sales experience.
  • Comfortable performing sales presentations/conducting training remotely
  • Solid experience with MS Office - particularly MS Excel and Outlook
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work independently with little direct supervision

One year of call center or sales experience preferred, with the ability to pass a drug screen and background check upon hire.
