As a bilingual call center sales representative, each day is different, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically engaging every caller, every time.
  • Make a connection with customers by engaging in friendly and genuine conversation throughout each call to provide a world-class experience.
  • Interacting with team and co-workers in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
  • Thoroughly and accurately answer questions about customer’s technology products.
  • Thoughtfully listen to customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

  • Effective communication, including using positive language and being attentive to customer needs.
  • A positive, welcoming, and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members.
  • Learn and adapt to evolving technology needs.
  • Work both independently and with a team.
  • One year of call center experience preferred but not required.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
