Amy Brennan has over 25 years of Leadership experience in the BPO/Multi-channel sector. Her primary responsibilities are in operational improvement in the Healthcare, Telecommunications, Consumer goods, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Device industries. Her responsibilities include driving in-depth analytics, continuous improvement, understanding, and executing against the newest approaches and technologies to keep our client’s programs on the cutting edge. She is passionate about both customer and agent satisfaction and its impact on tenure and proficiency. Her team of data scientists assist in staffing, advising, alerts, and improving program performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton University, a Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University, and is a member of Mensa.
